Registration for Henna Artists June 5th & 6th 2025

If you would like to participate in our Eid henna event on June 5th and/or 6th at Barakah Beauty Collective, this is the place to secure your spot! 

There are two henna artist options so PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE booking!

Option 1: Individual Branded Listing - $100 fee per day

• Individual listing on the BBC website with your brand, photos, etc.
• Clients will book for you specifically on the website under your individual listing.
• Overflow clients and walk-ins will be given to you based on other artist openings.
• Premium table and choice of where you set up (Suite B loft or Suite C)

Option 2: BBC Group Listing - $65 fee per day

• You will be part of the BBC general listing on the BBC website. Clients will book time slots only but not you specifically. 
• Appointments will be given as clients come into the space and will be shared as fairly as possible based on artist availability. 

Select the day and type of listing you would like based on the above info and then pay the respective fee. Partial days will not be billed at a lower rate. 

If you choose the "Individual Branded Listing", then your spot is not secure until you do the following:

1. Pay for your days ahead of time (at least a week before the date of the event)
2. Email info@barakahbeautycollective.com the following information:

• The hours you would like appointments (start and end time)
• Pictures of your designs with price ranges
• Your social media URLS (not just the handles)
• Your phone number
• The types of product you would be offering (henna, jagua, etc)

Once these steps are taken, you will be added to our WhatsApp group for henna artists, you will be sent our infographic on best practices for henna artists at our events, and then we will create your appointment listings on our websites with email marketing to follow. 

Schedule:

• June 5th: Anytime from 10am - 8pm
• June 6th: Anytime from 10am - 8pm
  

By paying for your spot, Barakah Beauty Collective crew will advertise and post about the event and your services as much as possible, but we do not guarantee bookings or business. This is a group effort so do your part by sharing the listings, social media posts, etc. 

Important Note: You are not allowed to make appointments with clients on these days outside of the BBC online booking system. Doing so will possibly result in you being removed from the space. Please respect our process so we give all artists a fair chance at making money. Thank you!
