Refund policy

Our aim at Barakah Beauty Collective is to provide all our customers a happy, safe and positive experience. We do understand that despite everyone's best efforts and good intentions, sometimes we all fall short. We give everyone the benefit of the doubt and hope our customers will too! 

Refunds for events hosted at Barakah Beauty Collective are based on each individual event listing. Please read these instructions carefully on the listing you signed up for.

In all cases, refunds are only given if the request to cancel has been sent at least 48 hours in advance of the event and you have also received a confirmation email from Barakah Beauty Collective staff acknowledging you are due a refund. We highly recommend calling 206-618-2444 and leaving a message in addition to sending an email. 

Please be courteous and allow 2-3 business days for a response before calling your bank. We are a small women owned business and chargebacks, fraudulent cancelations, etc hurt our business. Thank you for your consideration!

Refunds for services provided by the practitioners here are managed by each individual practitioner and not by the Barakah Beauty Collective.
