Nationwide Barakah Community Closet

At Barakah Community Closet we collect donated clothing and offer it for free or low cost—available to shop in person or shipped across the U.S. The closet exists to support women in need (including low-income women, refugees, and converts) with clothing, hijabs, and prayer items so they can grow their connection with Allah. Donations come from women in the community, and all women—regardless of background—are welcome to take from the closet!

Examples of what fits in each package size:

• Small: 1 abaya, 3 hijabs, 1 Quran, 1 prayer mat

• Medium: 3 abayas, 8 hijabs, 1 Quran, 1 prayer mat

• Large: Basically a whole new modest wardrobe!
