The piece will be sold to the highest bidder when the auction closes. The opening bid reflects the garment's retail price. Of any amount raised above retail, 70% will benefit Barakah Beauty Collective and 30% will go to the artist. The highest bidder at closing wins the piece.

Desert Flow brings the central story of Blue Desert fully to life.

A structured denim bodice forms the architectural center of the dress, while richly patterned Ankara fabric moves through the sleeves and full-length skirt. Over it, a soft sheer layer introduces translucence, volume, and movement — allowing glimpses of the textile beneath to shift as the wearer moves.

The contrast is intentional: structure and softness, denim and Ankara, America and West Africa, permanence and movement.
